Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and not mounted/installed/clicked in, and in its original packaging. Please do not ship back the emblems in an envelope, they will get damaged and we will not refund you.

To start a return, you can contact us at emblemcitysales@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Issues and Missing/Loss/Theft

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Missing/Loss/Theft: We are not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen shipments. Every order will be shipped with a tracking number, if the package is marked as "lost" or "missing" by the mail carrier then we will open a case or investigation with them to resolve the issue. If the tracking shows the item as "delivered" then that completes our fulfilment obligation, the package is considered to be in your possession and your responsibility. Messaging us to say that you were on your porch or front yard the whole day waiting on the package that was marked as delivered does not void this rule. Exemptions to this will only be made if you purchased shipping insurance from our site at checkout.  

 

Warranty

EmblemCity does not warrant or provide warranty on any of its products. 


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the return shipping label cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
